Just The Tip I Promise Shirt It's been 40-50 degrees and raining all winter here in Northern Virginia. I think it's snowed once and that was gone the following day when it got warm. Having experienced some pretty intense winters here, it's been pretty interesting, to say the least.




It's been weird in NE Ohio as well. It only recently really started snowing, and even then it's usually much colder right now. I think thee first snowfall that actually stuck was some time in early January which is a first for me.
